Brick & Stone Patio Cleaning
Top-notch Technique & Results
The soft wash system is often the best technique to use for brick and stone patios. Many times, we’ll use a combination of soft washing and power washing to achieve the best result. Most other providers know how to pressure wash but not how to use detergents and other cleaning agents to effectively kill bacteria and prevent future mold, algae, and mildew growth.

The method used to restore your patio is dependent on many factors, and techniques will be different for every home. If just looking to remove dirt from the surface of a patio, pressure washing with hot water will do the trick. However, this does not kill algae, mold, and mildew - in this case, we’d use the right mix of chemical solution to ensure your patio stays clean for an extended time after our initial wash. It is also important to note if sealant was used and the date of the last sealing, as well as the use of mortar, grout, or sand filling, as all of these factors will affect the way the wash is performed.
